ABOUT THE EVENT
Guided into the depths of the unconscious,
you begin to soften beyond habit and expectation.
The body leads and the mind loosens its grip,
until you find yourself existing in a deeper sense of embodied freedom.
The Experience
Join us at Studio 180 every other Thursday from 7:30–9:30pm and discover what becomes possible when you allow your body to lead.
